Pronounced "Lan-yap," the name Lagniappe means "a little something extra," a fitting description for this beachfront retreat. 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths sleep 12-16 guests in comfort, with a large, open living room made for family gatherings and a spacious, well-equipped kitchen built for cooking and entertaining alike. Add in Gulf-front porches on both levels, and it's easy to see the something extra the house provides.

The main level begins with a living area that stretches across the beachfront face of the house, along with a dining area and a fully stocked kitchen complete with a bar for more dining space. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing and serving meals to large groups, with generous counter space, an undercounter ice maker, and drip and Keurig coffee makers. This floor also includes a King bedroom with a private full bath and an intimate porch looking out over the lagoon, along with a laundry room and half bath.
The top level holds the remaining 4 bedrooms. 2 beachfront King bedrooms enjoy direct deck access, each sharing a full bath with one of 2 additional north-facing bedrooms, one furnished with a pair of Queens and the other with a pair of Double beds. A common area with deck access doubles as extra sleeping space, complete with a Twin daybed and trundle.
Outside, guests can enjoy large Gulf-front porches on both levels, perfect for soaking up the sun or listening to the waves. Underneath the house, a picnic table and charcoal grill make cookouts easy, and direct access to a stretch of private white sand beach completes the experience. An outdoor shower adds extra convenience.
Lagniappe II is located approximately 2.7 miles west of Hwy 59 on West Beach Blvd in Gulf Shores, just minutes from all the attractions Gulf Shores has to offer.
This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. The house is also Pet-friendly, allowing up to 2 dogs for an additional fee of $290 each. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
